Kitchenaid self cleaning issue

When the cleaning cycle is set, the oven door locks properly but after about 15 minutes the unit shuts down and I get the error code F5 E1.

Then we have to wait until the oven cools down and the lock then unlatches.

The oven works fine for cooking but we cannot use the self cleaning. I have tried flipping the breaker and then re-setting but the same thing just happened again; door locks fine; after 15 minutes the cleaning cycle stops and I get the error code.

Could be a control board problem.

Another possibility is one of the latch switches is just closing.
Then when things heat up (expand), it opens.
