LG installed new bulb all bulbs blew out now entire frig doesn't work!

So I simply decided to change a burned out light bulb. Little did I realize I attempted to screw in a appliance bulb with the too small of a receptacle, when I touched it to the receptacle it blew out all the lights in the frig. after putting the correct bulb in it still didn’t work. I than realized the ice and water dispenser didn’t work. There was some odd code on the digital display where the temperature and ice dispense from but I didn’t pay much attention to it and decided to unplug it and maybe there would be some sort of reset. That didn’t work but it cleared the code. A day later and now I realize all my food is melting in the freezer.There is a motor running, so I’m not sure whats going on. You would think there would be some sort of fuse to blow before an entire frig would burn out. I’m going to assume maybe I blew the main board out? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
