Thanks Demman
On the front it has DLW2514W I think that would be the model number.
on the blower there is a small round black resister with two wires going to it.
would that be the thermal fuse
Again Thank you
Matt
Looks like the parts on the blower will be a thermistor not a thermal fuse.
Looking at the wiring diagram there is not a fuse that would kill power to the board and light so how did you check for power?
There should be 120 volts between L1 and Neutral.
Did you just visually checked the breakers I would turn them off/on a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without tripping the breaker.
Check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Do this with the heater off and on. Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!!
Have you looked in the unit to see if you can find the tech sheet.
If the unit is wired as the one I found then there must be a wire off or something like that since the drum light is just one side of the door switch and it looks like the control board is never shut off.
