I was washing 1 set of sheets and washer got to the end of the last spin cycle , I stood there waiting for the little song and then for the lid to unlock. never sang and that was at 7:30 am eastern time and it is now 8:00pm eastern time and it is still locked. I turned the power button on and off, pushed the start/pause/unlock button and it buzzes at me, I even pulled the plug and it still will not unlock. you can hear a clicking noise if you leave the power button on. HELP! I want my sheets
