The frig door handle is loose, I can’t see where the screws are to tighten. I tried removing the seal to locate screws, but none there. Does the whole door shelf unit need to come off, if so, how is that accomplished?

Try pulling the handle up and then off.
Then you should be able to get at the clips that hold the handle onto the door.
