I just bought a bottom freezer refrigerator from Amana ABR192ZFES 2 months ago
I found the refrigerator make too much noise, the compressor and the fan.
After removing the bottom panel from the back, I unplugged the fan which lower the noise about 70%. But the compressor still make that high pitch noise .
The compressor is a Embraco (model: emx70hsc)
1 - Is it me who is sensitive to noise or is my fridge specialy noisy ??
2 - How can I make it quieter ?
3 - should I change fridge ? If yes which one is in the top 5 quietest fridge
(stainless and bottom mount freezer )?
4 - Is it safe lower the speed of the fan ? How Could I lower it ?
