I have a whirlpool duet GHW9250MW0 front loader washing machine and in spin mode it produces a loud rubbing noise. In the wash mode it sounds normal. What do you think is wrong with it?
The hoses are intact and nothing appears to be rubbing outside of the tub. The shocks and springs look good. Belt looks good. It sounds like the inner basket is rubbing the outer tub or perhaps the bearings that are connected to the drum drive pulley.
