My Magic Chef (CTB1722GRW) top freezer. is not cooling in the refrig. or freezer. At first I checked the defrost thermostat and heater, but they appear to be fine. The defrost heater is not on (at least it doesn’t feel warm) In listening to the compressor it seems to be running, but very quiet and slow. I am now suspecting the run capacitor. Before I buy parts any suggestions would be helpful.
