Burner didn’t light; purchased igniter kit (MAC 1240035) and Valve.Safety (24" LP) (MAC 12002128). Burner still won’t light. What’s my next step? Salesman at AppliancePartsPro.com advised me to contact you. Thanks, AV Berviller
Gene: I just took off the panel and checked the thermostat per your instructions. There is continuity across it. What’s next? Thanks, Art
When lighting the over it takes a very long time the kitchen smells like gas and then when it does light it is very loud and the sides of the over flame up.
Hi. If ignitor comes on and you smell gas coming out, make sure the ignitor is line up with the gas tube because if you put it backwards is going to do just that, Ignitor will turn on you can smell gas but the flame
won’t go on. and make sure you got the right ignitor and amps on ignitor match your manufacture model.
