Maytag Atlantis won't go automatically advance to rinse cycle

Washer works. However in the Color and Delicate cycle, the timer won’t automatically advance to rinse. If we manually move it to rinse, washer works fine.

Also, the timer does automatically advance to rinse for whites?

Any tips?
