My rarely used 23 yr old Maytag dishwasher (2-3 times a year) won’t fill with water. The cycle appears to run, but the dishes are still dirty, and no water appears to be entering the machine. I recently removed the front bottom plates to install a new tile floor_ could I have replaced it incorrectly? Could that possibly have something to do with this? Also, the soap dispenser is stuck on one side. Thanks.
