Hi, would be appreciated if anyone could help with this problem - a few days back the freezer side of the unit went warm (ruined all of our food) then started working again. The problem appears to be intermittent as it has happened a couple of times since. I’m also experiencing the same problem with the fridge itself now, with an intermittent warming then cooling again (once again ruining all of our food)
Unfortunately we’re not sure what the problem is but think it could be the Jazz board? What would be the most likely problem? Is it easy to DIY? Thank you!
