I have a Maytag Ice2o French Door Style with the freezer at the bottom. Model MFI2568AES. The problems is that the buttons to switch from Water to Ice on the touch panel don’t respond some of the time. Some times they work, other times nothing on the touch panel responds at all. It seems like it is getting worse. Is it possibly a bad cap on either the LV or HV board, or is a board just bad and needs to be replaced, and which one? I have replaced bad caps on my maytag neptune dryer when that panel quit working and the problem was resolved there. My initial guess is to try replacing the two 680 uF caps on the hv board and see if the problems are resolved.
