Hi, I hope someone can help me. I have a maytag Neptune mah8700aww serial# 12234339gr, it will not completely drain. It runs through the whole cycle fine, no error codes. I ran the diagnostic tests and it passed however the rpm’s on the spin cycle will not get above 182. The minimum rpm for low spin is 400. Obviously this is my problem I just am not sure what part I need to replace.
this washer sat for a year and a half because the control board went bad and I couldn’t afford to replace it until now. Before the board went bad there were no other issues.
could someone please help, I would really like to be able to use this washer.

I would start by taking the drain hose out of the drain and putting it in the sink next to the washer (hopefully you have a sink next to the washer). You can then observe how strong the water is coming out and whether or not the draining stops before it should. If the water is slow you may have somethiing obstructing the internal lines.
Thank you so much for responding. I have already done that, the water flows fine. I also took apart and cleaned the drain pump. There was nothing in there but some gook. I have checked all of the hoses and they are all clear.
You may have a bad control board again. If you buy from this site and the part does not fix things you can return it, see the returns policy.
