Thanks to all the former topics as I have been able to perform much maintenance (new accumulator solved the ‘dirty dishes on top rack’ issue!), but need more specific help. Dishwasher starts, and a small amount of water gets into the bottom of the tub, but it has stopped spraying thru the spray arms. I can hear a humming noise, but it doesn’t advance to actual washing. I can cancel the cycle, and the small amount of water that has accumulated will drain, so I think the drain pump is good. Do I risk ordering a $200 motor, and hope that’s the issue?
