Neptune front load washer doesn’t drain. No kinks in drain hose
Are there any error codes like ND for no drain?
How much water is in the wash basket when you fail to drain?
Is it possible you are failing to drain in Spin Cycle? If so any error code such as DC or UC?
Keep in mind when this machine enters into spin cycle it does so with a fair amount of wash water in the tub. I see many reports of failed to drain and when questioned the owner states during a spin cycle?
If you can provide feedback to the questions above and any additional information will help with the diagnosis of the issue. We can go into Service Mode and turn on the Drain Pump and check the flow rate but for now let’s start with the above questions……….Dick
