My wife started a load of laundry. Later she checked on it and noticed it was in mid cycle, but it was stopped. The door lock light is on and nothing we do releases the door. We’ve turned it off and even unplugged it. The control panel appears normal, but if a cycle is started, the machine just makes a noise like its trying to run. Any ideas?
