When the washer is suppose to put water in the bleache/ fabric softner it just makes noise and leaves the bleach/fabric softner there. What could be my problem.
Hi Jared and Julie
Please post your complete model number. There are a number of different Neptune iterations and we need to see which one you have before we can help you.
Also, can you give us any detail, how long has this been happening, does it give partial distribution or none at all, and anything else you can think of to help us.
Thanks
When I turn on my washer the times for each load changes, How do I fix that? Model # MAH6500AWWand Serial # 34707592EN.
Thank you for your time.
Julie
Ok, thanks
There are three possibilities (actually there may be more than 3 but only 3 that I can think of late on a Friday). It may be that the path from the dispenser to the tub is clogged, it may be that the dispenser assembly needs replacing or it may be that the control unit needs replacing. First you will need the service manual to show you how to get into the machine. Here it is.

(Your machine i basically an updated version of the MAH 3000)
Now here’s what I would do.
-
It is not likely both the bleach and fabric softener paths are clogged, but you should check them out anyway, as it does not cost anything and you want to rule it out before spending money.
-
The likely cause is the dispenser assembly, which will have to be replaced.
-
If all else fails, you will have to consider replacing the control board, but given that you hear the dispenser valves trying to open, replacing them should fix it.
Good luck.
