I have a Maytag Quiet Series 300 dishwasher that won’t start. There is power going to the unit and it will cancel/drain. Yesterday my husband inadvertently moved the hose that runs up to the air gap valve thing by the faucet and the dishwasher started! I got all excited and opened the door, loaded dishes and then when I pressed the start button it would not re-start. We tried moving that stupid hose around and up and down with no luck.
