I need help troubleshooting my refrigerator cooling or the lack there of.
Symptoms: The compressor will not kick on and cool
I replaced the condenser, Overload relay kit and temperature control, but still nothing. It appears no power is coming into the compressor. I have full function of the ice maker in the door, the lights all work, just the compressor won’t kick on. I don’t have any buzzing noise like some of the blogs spoke about. Please help, about ready to give up.
Change of events: Put everything back together, still nothing until I beat on the control assembly inside the refrigerator, now it’s running. I already replace the control assembly and had this happen before I replaced it. Is it possible it’s the adaptive defrost board?
