When the washer is filled above small load size, it begins to leak out of the bottom. I took the cover off, and the leak is coming from the bottom center of the drum, just below the center of a plastic fan looking thing, and it is leaking on top of a cast metal disc, looks it is leaking from a black seal between the two. How do I fix it?
The unit is a Maytag HD legacy series, commercial quality unit, real fancy, lots of dials.
