dishwasher wont start, on the control panel i have lights when selecting normal heavy or pots and pans, start doesnt not work. if i shut off power to the dishwasher for 5 mins, i can then select start and dishwasher will work normally, however i cant hit cancel or anything, is this the control panel or control board???
