I have a microwave/oven wall combo unit, model no. KEMS309BSS, and the microwave door does not seal shut and stay closed. You have to push on it hard to get it to close all the way, and if you even touch the handle while its running, the light comes on indicating the door is open, and you have to push it shut again. I saw some older posts about replacing the torsion springs on another Kitchen Aid, but they related to a different model no., and this model doesn’t seem to have torsion springs at least according to the Whirlpool website. Does anyone know how to fix this?
