Microwave won't heat.

I have a GE PEB2060DM1CC that doesn’t want to heat, but everything else seems to work OK… There is 120 VAC to transformer primary so I’m pretty sure the problem is in HV circuit. I’ve replaced the cap and diode but that didn’t fix it. I’ve taken other measurements (i.e., magnetron, xformer secondary, etc.) and all SEEM to measure OK. Leaning toward the Mag but, again, it measures OK. Just looking for ideas…
