My GE microwave has stopped working, no lights on panel, nothing. I think it got an electrical surge. Any suggestions on what to do to fix?

First check if there is 120VAC at the outlet. Then check if the microwave fuse is blown WB27X10832
Make sure the unit is unplugged.
