My 2006 front loader is not draining, all drains are clear and pump has been changed

Our GE washing machine is not draining properly. We cleaned out the drain and it was originally clogged, but is now clear. My husband changed the pump because the water wasn’t pumping out and the new pump hums and has an Ohm reading. We ran the diagnostic test and came up with the following error codes: E31, 22, 23 and 66. The T3 setting is 400 cod, T4: all lights Illuminate, T5: drain pump runs much longer that 60 seconds, T6: runs pump and you can hear the pump running, T:7 fills with water and shows temp, T8 & T9 hot and cold water test… Not sure because don’t hear anything running, but at one point I drained the water it was hot, so I think the hot water is working. T10 & T11 tub rotates and spins, T12 dispenser fills but again I have to manually drain water, t13 factory test. Maybe the drain pump I bought is bad or something with the water valves?? What do those error codes mean?? Does anyone know?? Please any help is greatly appreciated. Tricia:)

There are two problems here, neither of which are your fault. The first is that this is one of the most complicated, over-engineered machines ever built with far too many electronics. It is very difficult to work on, almost impossible. The second problem is that GE will not share technical data and you need a service manual to continue to diagnose and interpret.

I can only suggest you contact GE and see if they will provide you with service literature since you are an owner, or see if you can download a service manual from the internet for a nominal fee. I think your problem is with the control unit but it is impossible to confirm since it cannot self diagnose.
