hi my washer is spin mode the agitator is making noise
when it is in spin mode i can lift it up by my hands and it gos

There is a bolt which holds agitator down. This could be the problem, or it could be with the drive block which is underneath the agitator (or it could be something else entirely, hard to say without being there which is what makes a problem like yours difficult to diagnose on a Forum)
Take out the agitator and check out the bolt. Change the dogs, or cams while you are at it and see if that does not fix things.
