Natural to LP gas range conversion

I’m trying to convert a 1984 Caloric model RST376 gas range from natural gas to LP gas. The gas company tells me that I need LP orifice spuds for the 4 top burners and 1 for the broiler, but Whirlpool, the mothership, is no longer making the part.

Are there any other options or avenues to get these parts? I’ve contacted 10-15 companies today and nobody has these parts or a replacement part. :frowning:

I’m just a novice at this, but it’s hard for me to believe that the orifice in this stove is the only one of it’s kind in the world. It seems like there must be a match made for some other stove somewhere. It seems like if you could match threads and length then another orifice would work. I’m assuming that the hole for LP would be the same for any LP orifice - is that correct?
Do you know if the material the orifice is made of is important? From what I have seen the ones for natural are brass and the ones for LP are nickle plated. Thanks!
