Just replaced the motor-transmission coupler. The washer is just tilted, so I’m working on my back. Before I knew what I wsa doing (still don’t) I dropped the trans to remove the motor.
Now I can’t get the mated motor-trans unit balanced, angled, and lifted to line up the three bolts.
Is there some tricks of the trade to this process, or just keep at it?
Trick? Take the motor back off and mount the trans first, by itself. I believe you’re making this more difficult than it is. Have you watched any of the help videos?

Thanks it is much easier to handle, but the trans still doesn’t go all the way up. Stops about 3/8" from mating. Is there something on the central shaft that needs to align? Would make sense.
p.s. where are the help videos? Been looking around but haven’t found them yet.
