[LEFT][COLOR=#000000]We have a Maytag Neptune MDE9800 AYW that is 5 years old. The center touch pad lights up and works (you can make changes). The buttons (home, help, favorites, start/pause, back) do not work. When you press them they beep. We have checked the thermal fuses, they work. The door switch works. The dryer has power to both sides. When you unplug it and plug it back in, it beeps 2 times, 3 times, 1 time, 2 times, and 1 time with about 5 seconds between each series to beeps. We disconnected the J7 connector and tested the individual buttons they all work, except favorites has 0 ohms when it is pushed and 3.6 ohms when it is not pushed. What does the beep code (when plugged in) mean, if anything? What other tests can we do to determine what is wrong?
