My hot and cold hoses are connected correctly and work in every cycle, EXCEPT: Hot/Cold or Warm/Cold The washer will not switch to a cold rinse on either cycle. Cold/Cold works fine, but no cold rinse with a warm or hot wash. Can you help?

What you explain is a bit unusual. Until you mentioned that it fills in the cold/cold I would have suspected the water valve being the culprit.
Make sure that it truely does fill with cold water. The cold side of the valve failing is common. You’ll need to start back tracking with a volt meter to see what part is bad. Sounds like it could be with the water temp switch, although that isn’t a common part to fail.
Hopefully you have a meter and a schematic of the washer.
