Hello. I ran a load on the small load size and the washer ran for hours through multiple cycles. Now, when set on small load, it doesn’t fill–just starts agitating. The machine seems to work ok on the other load sizes (medium, large, super). Also the knob doesn’t seem to click into position on the small setting.
My guess is that the pressure switch is stuck on full for the small setting (even though i don’t get a positive click on that position). Do I need a new pressure switch or is there a way to make it click into position again? Maybe if it clicked into the "small" position it would work correctly.
Do you think I would be safe just using the medium, large and super settings? Because I rarely need the small setting, I am mostly concerned that the switch will fail and the tub will overflow, but it seems to be failing safe (false full indication) so far.
