No Heat, Tested parts for Continuity

Hello,

Just got this dryer off Craigslist a few months back and now it’s not heating.
I tested the Thermal Fuse, Heating Element, High Limit Thermostat, and Cycling Thermostat for continuity and they are all good. Got continuity on outer pins of Cycling thermostat but not smaller inner ones, but I did get a reading of 5K Ohms.

So what do I check for now? We really need this dryer working asap. Not sure what else to check or what could be the issue.
Any help or suggestions?
Thank You

EDIT
Ok I plugged it in and tested the terminals where the plug connects to inside the dryer. With my probe on the ground wire in the center I tested one side and got 120-121V but when I did the other side/wire I only got about 10V. I should be getting 120V there shouldn’t I even with Dryer off, considering the plug is running straight to it.

So I take it a breaker is out? That sucks cause we use plug fuses and none of them are labeled and none looked bad. lol. Well guess I’ll look them over again.

I should be getting 120V there shouldn’t I
Yes you should.

You are on the right track.

L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.

I would check the power at the wall receptacle first.
You may have a bad line cord or a bad connection in the wall receptacle.

Yep, ended up being a blown fuse.
Had to get ahold of landlord cause we live in an old house turned into apartments and I had no idea where the fuse box for the dryer was.
Thanks for help and reply denman.

You are welcome.

And thanks for getting back to us. Now when others search for a similar problem they will see what actually worked instead of just suggestions about what could be the cause.
