Howdy,
When the ice pad is pressed, the flapper door motor operates but there is no power to the auger motor.
There are two modular plugs going into the auger motor. I have continuity on the right side auger terminals (plug disconnected) but no continuity on the left two auger terminals (plug disconnected).
With the plugs connected to the auger motor I do not get any power across any of the terminals. I have tried both AC and DC meter settings.
Also, there is no tech sheet with this fridge. Customer says they have not removed it. Is Whirlpool not including tech sheets anymore?
Any suggestions?
