I have a Frigidaire that was 10 years old last month. There is no power reaching the manual controls. I have done some extensive troubleshooting, and this is what I’ve learned so far…1) it is not a problem with a tripped breaker, 2) after checking the wires entering the unit under the kick plate, there is still electricity making it this far, 3) we have tested the latch with a voltage meter and it seems to be working fine and 4) we have tested the timer motor with the voltage meter and it is receiving 2500ohms which should be adequate from what I gather. I am learning as I go and certainly not experienced in this area…but I am wondering what I should be trying next. Thanks for any help with troubleshooting this appliance.
