We have side by side kenmore refrigerator. The ice maker is working fine. The water from the door dispenser is NOT working. We have water at the filter when we remove it, we have tried to see if the line (coiled in the refrigerator not in a "tank") was frozen…doesn’t appear to be has a bubble in it and can’t really tell. The black line that goes to the dispenser (up the door) when you unhook it and press the door dispenser water pours in from the black line. When hooking the black line back up and pressing the dispenser lever… once again NOTHING…Any ideas. We hear all kinds of clicking from things so it appears that it is a blockage of somesort from that black line in the freeze door to the dispenser to where it comes out and we just don’t know where else to look for it. can you tell me how to go about getting to it? You are right…we have traced the problem down to an area of about 30 inches or so since we have water coming out of the black line (near the filter) when the water dispenser lever is pressed…so we know that the water is getting there, it’s just that small area that the problem is at but we don’t know how to get to it. Thanks for all of your help!!
