My Maytag washer sounds like a tractor. The noise begins at the start of agitation and goes for the rest of the cycle. The only time the noise is absent is when it is filling with water. The pump is fine. I did clean it. I also changed the transmission pulley but the noise is not changed. Any suggestions on what to try?
