Use a screwdriver to unlock the tubs at the bottom of the control panel. Slide the bottom out and down.

Avi,
I have the same problem with my refrigerator. Were you ever able to get the touch panel out by yourself? Do I need to disassemble the door or can the panel come out from the front. It appears that the Stainless Steel is blocking the touch panel from coming out.
