OLD Tappan Wall Oven - Won't Heat

Greetings,

Recently my old Tappan gas wall oven stopped heating. Regardless of temp setting on the dial it barely gets above 150/200.

It’s definitely an old model. Model 12-1019-30, Serial # is 04356-11510084.

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it myself? No $ available for an expensive repairman these days.
