Hello, our fridge came with the mobile home we just bought. It worked fine the first month, then we noticed it wasn’t cooling any longer, both fridge and freezer. We defrosted it by turning it off and unplugging it, let it sit for three days while we tried to find another one that will fit the space (we have an extra fridge on the porch that we moved all the food into). An appliance saleslady at Home Depot suggested cleaning the coils underneath. I cleaned the filthy coils underneath and behind as best as possible (she was right!) there was a huge amount of dust & dirt built up, yuck! Plugged it back in, restarted it, and it worked fine for about two weeks, nice and cold on both sides. This morning, my hubby noticed it was not cooling again. We turned it off all day, now it is plugged in and cooling again. I can not verify the date of manufacture, so I don’t actually know how old it is. Any help anyone can provide in troubleshooting the problem is greatly appreciated. The refrigerator space we have with cabinets all around is smaller than standard, so finding another side by side with an icemaker and water to replace it is proving not easily done. 31.5" max in width, 68" in height, 32.5" in depth. Thank you!
