Oven does not heat properly in the bake mode of operation. Displays seem to work OK and the Broil works OK. I tried to disconnect the Bake Element with power on and while doing so suddenly the bake element started to work. But when screwing it back into place it stopped working. Does this imply a problem with the connections to the bake element? Also if I need to remove the bake element how do I do this? Do I need to completely remove the oven from the walled in inclosure? I have also noticed that the fan seems to come on by itself and will not turn off until I reset it. Does this mean I have a control panel problem and could the two issues be related?
