What exactly is wrong with your range?

Here are the breakdown diagrams and http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=264336

The oven heats up very slowly and in some situations, it neverreaches the temperature at all, which we have set the oven on. I tested all ofthe oven elements and they all seem to be in working order.

Are there fuses that could be blown that would stop electricityflowing to the elements?

My manual says that I should next test all the fuses before I lookat anything else. If there were, fuses that could be blown that would stop electricityflowing to the elements I would like to check them.

There is the in-line fuse in the control wire harness. It is not shown on the diagrams but it should be somewhere between the terminal block and the control board.

If no one of the heating elements in the oven (bake, broil or convection) heats up then the fuse most likely is open.

If any of them heats up and gets red then the problem most likely is a bad control board.
