Oven not heating

I ran the self clean cycle and at the end of it, the breaker kicked out. When reset, I discovered that the oven will do everything except heat up.
It appears that an element is blown, but I have checked the broiler elements and the convection element and they are ok. The parts diagram shows a "bake element", but I have not been able to locate it to test. It is not inside the oven chamber. Is there an element outside the actual chamber? And if so, how do I get to it?

There is a panel with a "hidden" element behind/under it.
