Lower Unit Of KitchenAid Range Model No. KERC700LBT0 (Part No. 9750213) Does Not Heat. I need help with TROUBLE SHOOTING this problem to be sure the Stove/Oven/Range Bake Element - 9750213 is bad before I proceed with purchace and Repair??? Thank you for any assistance in this matter
