Used oven last night at 450 degrees. It appeared that food was on bottom element which caused it to turn bright red w/sparks. When oven was turned off, the oven continued to heat up. Turned circuit breaker off. When the circuit breaker was turned back on, oven began to heat up again even though the oven was not turned on. Is this an element problem, control panel problem or another problem?
