I have looked through the site to try something to get our oven to unlock after a self clean. I have ran it for 15 minutes, let it cool, and tried it with no luck. I have also turned off the breaker for over 10 hours, turned it on, turned on the self clean for one minute, interrupted the cleaning, and tried and it still would not open.
Any ideas on what I should do here? Please help!

I ended up calling a repair person because we needed the oven immediately. The arm was somewhat bent so what he did to fix it was to close the latch, push on it (I assume to bend it back into shape) and pull it back. Then the oven opened. I felt like a total moron. Seventy five dollars later our oven now opens and I now realize I am in the wrong line of work.
A new latch and the labor to install would have been over $200, so we are just going to live with it. Hope this post helps someone to avoid the potential cost.
