We have a two year old FRIGIDAIRE FEFL79GBA Oven that will not reach cook temperature. No error codes have been displayed. During pre-heat, noticed the bake element was not glowing red and was only warm to the touch. Figured it to be the bake element so replaced it. Turned oven on to pre-heat and bake element glowed red for awhile but oven did not get to the set temperature. Still did not receive any error codes. Trying it again, after the initial replacement, the new element now longer glows red
Additional information that may help is that the broiler works fine and gets up to proper temperature. The self-cleaning feature does not work as it appears the elements do not heat up.
