Oven quit working broiler still comes on whats up??

Pull the Bake heating element out as far as its wires go. Remove the wires and check the element for continuity. Replace the heating element if it’s open.

If there is nothing wrong then check the wires to the heating element. Check for 120VAC between each wire and ground. Check for 240VAC between the wires. Post the results.
