HELP!! I have a WFW9200SQ00 and it’s DEAD! Nothing comes on except the lock button. When the power button is pressed, I hear three chimes.
I bought a control electic board (8183261), replaced it and still the same.
Try running it thru diagnositc first, see if you get any error codes.

Yes. Switch the breaker as well. is it true that electronics has 2yrs warrantee?

yes. it’s a combo board in a "T" shape. You’ll see it when you open the top panel. From the front, it’s on the right side. Sorry, I’d said left earlier.
That is the main microcomputer, machine control part number AP3968028, $218.51, from this site.

I did some more checking and the power supply to the motor controller board is causing the problem. When I unplug it, all the lights come on.
Can you gives me the part number to the motor controller boards at the bottom of the machine?

i have the exact same problem. tech came over friday(2/13) and said it was the MCC. 150.00 for the service call and 570.00 for the part.the washer is going to be 2years old on 3/29,so whirlpool is paying for the
part. i see that the same part can be bought here for 236. a nice markup, eh
I received the drum roller assembles and am trying to disassemble the dryer to replace them. I am having difficulties in determining the best procedure and only taking it down as far as I need in order to replace those rollers. Any help will be appreciated.

Sorry, I guess I’m unable to enable the automatic test program. I see what the C:10 and F20 codes are which doesn’t surprise me because it’s sitting in my garage.
