I have a Maytag gas range. All of a sudden, the pilotless ignition for the four burners stopped working. (No clicks at all.) The gas is working (I can light a burner with a match). The range is 7 yrs old and the burners had always been fine, although about a month ago, I had intermittent problems with the oven igniting (the electric coil would light, but about 1/4 of the time, the gas in the oven wouldn’t start). I don’t think the problems are related, since I assume there are separate igniters for the oven and rangetop. Any suggestions of where to start?
